maintain a detailed online archive of all our tenant inquiries and we refresh
the database regularly. When we take over management of a property for the first
time we first search this tenant leads archive to see if any existing tenant
applicants on file match the new vacancy. If a match is found, we can sometimes
immediately fill a vacancy. Properties we fully manage rarely have vacancies due
to the proactive approach and technologies we have developed to build and
maintain our tenant leads pool.
